Things to do..

In India, two things influence us the most:  Maa & Cinema. Whenever we notice something amazing on the silver screen, we kind of wish if it happened to us!

Here's a list of few things that happened in Indian cinema that we wish happened to us. Talk about reel getting real!


1. An unplanned spontaneous road trip with your BFFs.




2. Go out of your way to get two people madly in love, together. 


3. A chance to fall in love with a super sexy scuba diving trainer! 


4. Penning down your thoughts over a flight, peacefully at night. Just the thrill of writing at 40,000 ft.


5. Lying under the open sky with someone special & endlessly gazing at the stars.


6. A sudden mood to jump off a cliff which will give you an instant adrenaline rush!

8. A solitary bike trip to Ladakh for some self-exploration. 


9. Taking up a trekking tour with a bunch of people you don't know yet!




10. Break into a singing & dancing session with a flash mob with synchronized lip sync & choreography.


11. To have the guts to act like this in front of your external examiner!




12. And trespass a big, fat Indian wedding for some real good food!



13. To be the only bride who dares to come on a ‘ghodi’ at her own wedding. 


14. Experience the culture of places where you have never been before! 


15. Picking up your phone & screaming out to the guy who was a total jerk to you!




16. Starting up your own business venture & making loads of money with your sheer hard work. 


17. To acquire a flawless physique & be every girl's eye candy & every guy's man crush!

Bollywood Movie bloopers

1. Thakur's hands were actually visible in one of the shots in the epic final fight in Sholay.


2. In the movie Baghban, Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini are separated after the festival of Holi, (that falls during the month of March) for six months. And during this time, they also managed to celebrate Valentine's Day! Just how?


3. In this 3 Idiots scene, when Aamir writes these words on the board, the font is different and when he underlines them, it changes. The power of underlines!


4. In the movie Sarfarosh, during the song "Jo haal dil ka," a girl gives Aamir a fully bloomed rose, but in the very next scene it changes into a rose bud. Time travel yo!

 

5.  In DDLJ, when Kajol and Shahrukh first meet on the train, Kajol starts re-packing her bag and it's clear that there's nothing else on the floor. Suddenly, SRK magically pulls out more stuff from beneath himself.

 

6. The movie Lagaan was set in the year 1892, wherein they show that each team gets 6 balls per over. Fact check! The 6 ball over was introduced around 1982-83. Before that, it used to be 8 balls per over!


7. In the movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Amitabh Bachchan is singing 'Aati Kya Khandala...' in the year 1991.

The movie 'Ghulam' itself was released in 1998!


8. Katrina Kaif's "Kamli" song from Dhoom 3 is a veritable gold mine of bloopers.


9. The climax of the movie DDLJ, takes place in a station named 'Apta'. You can find the board in a few shots during the last 10 minutes of the film. But 'Apta' is a station near Mumbai and it is 1700 kms away from Punjab, where the movie is supposedly set.


10. Did you ever realise that the plot of the entire movie would collapse with a simple DNA test? 


11. Here's a monumental mistake from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. In the movie, Aishwarya goes to Italy to meet Salman. But the makers of the film did a little cost cutting and shot the whole abroad portion in
Hungary! This scene is from the famous SzĂ©chenyi Chain Bridge above the Danube river, which is in Hungary and not Italy!
